BUYING JEWELLERY FROM MAYA ViOLA BLIDELL  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

The conditions stated below apply to all purchases made on mayablidell.com. All information on the webpage and in relation to the order is in English and purchase agreement is made in English. The terms and conditions of purchase are accepted by the customer upon the placing of the order, which is why it is recommended that they be read carefully. Use of our website and any purchases made by you must be accepted with the conditions that are subject to the legislation in Denmark.

By trading on this website, you guarantee that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and at least 18 years.

All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and includes VAT. (25 %). Prices for our products are subject to change and will sometimes be adjusted in accordance with rising prices on precious metals or stones. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes to our website. All jewellery are handmade and are only produced in limited quantities.

 

We only collects the information that you provide to us voluntarily through our website and any section of this website that collects personal or financial information to process payments and determine shipping is protected through encryption. We agree not to misuse, share or sell any of this information you provide to us. We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Please contact us by phone or email if you do not want us to collect or use your information, or if you would like us to delete the information that we have obtained. We are not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

If the item is in stock we process and send your orders within 1-2 business days and after your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email. Since we send from the Island of Bornholm might take a couple of additional days to arrive. 

 

We offer free delivery in Denmark if you purchase for more than 2000 DKK. The cost of shipping inside Denmark in 65.00 DKK. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, except Faroe Islands and Greenland. The shipping price within Europe is 25o DKK and outside Europe 450.00 DKK.

International Customers:

 

Customers are subject to duty, import tax and customs fees that are applicable for imported merchandise outside Europe.

When you are ordering from countries outside the EU, your parcel can be charged with the local taxes or fees, when entering the country.

The amount of the taxes or fees depend on which country, you are ordering from. The payment of these taxes or fees are the customers own responsibility and the country's customs may delay your parcel until the payment has been done. 

 

All orders are shipped by Shipmondo with insurance and a delivery confirmation. We ship internationally to select countries that allow the import of jewellery made with precious metals and gems. Please contact us before placing an order if you need additional information. We will find the cheapest and safest option to ship, so you will know the exact cost before purchasing. In general, delays may occur in special busy occasions - for example Christmas. For countries outside of EU delays may occur due to custom controls.

 

EASY RETURN SERVICE:

Products can be returned within 14 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. To complete your return, mail your product insured, with the receipt and use the original packaging. Returned jewellery must be in the same condition as was sent to you. Special orders are custom made and jewellery which has been worn, altered or damaged, are not covered by the refund policy.

 

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Remember to save your insured postal receipt as proof that the item has been sent, since you are responsible for the item from the time of delivery, until I have received the return. Maya Blidell Jewellery only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product, if the return is a result of our error. The cost of an insured return delivery charge must be paid by you and we do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).

 

As soon as the goods are received, unused and in the condition it was delivered, we will reimburse you the full amount, excluding delivery cost.

 

Upon return, attach a copy of the order confirmation and receiptFill it in and enclose our Cancellation Form. For security reasons, do not describe the contents outside of the box or use the word jewellery anywhere on your package. 

 

If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us and we will help you with a prepaid label for you to return your purchase.

 

WARRENTY:

​

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have 24 months warranty on all products. Please use the warranty within a reasonable period of time, which is within 2 months after the error or lack has been identified. Free return. Get your label here: Return Label

 

As a consumer, you have the opportunity to get jewellery repaired, exchanged, or reduced in price, depending on the circumstances of the specific situation. It requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect handling of the product. 

 

We do our outmost to avoid imperfections and deliver the best possible service. Since gemtones and pearls are natures creations, they are rarely completely identical and can come with slight variations in tone and colour. Jewellery that are oxidized, polishing and matted, will eventually get Patina and wear off depending of the use. This is not considered a reason for complaint.

If the damage is not due to normal wear or manufacturing defects. We will issue a full refund, replace or repair your product.

We refund the amount as soon as the return is received and always within the 30 days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 12c.
